Brica Wilcox was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. Her interest and daily involvement in photography began in high school when she started taking photography classes and an internship at the Center for Creative Photography. Brica received her BFA from the University of Arizona in 1999 and promptly moved to New York City to further pursue her love of photography. New York City has allowed Brica to assist a number of incredible photographers, continue personal projects and shoot portraits for various magazines. Her work has been published in W, Newsweek, Cookie, T, V Man and New York Moves. Brica currently lives in Brooklyn.
